Does anyone know sales brokers who can sell my juvenile product to dept stores, boutiques, etc… FAST?
I have a new company and a new product. My product line (receiving/swaddling blankets) is SAFE, well-tested, has an exclusive award and is unique to the market to date. There is nothing like this for sale and parents will love it! This particular award gives my product line a money back or replacement guarantee. It also comes with a national ad campaign. My fabrics are from the same source as very well known, reputable companies who manufacture bedding/sheets. I need a sales broker to secure orders before my investors will commit to backing my company. I look semi-risky to them, without securing wholesale commitments to purchase (because I am new, I lack brand recognition at present and my product has not been sold yet – it’s BRAND NEW! and I’m BRAND NEW). Any info would be most helpful. I have tried contacting some on my own, but I have no established relationship with them – so it’s been difficult. I do not have enough financing to attend a large trade show yet. Open to investors!
The only FAST way is to try to find a Venture Capitalist willing to make the investment – though this is ALSO a high-risk option…
Other than that, only time – or a lucky deal with a large corporation – will get you where you want to be
